Organizers of the seminar hope to teach veterans and surviving spouses about the Aid and Assistance Program.
The Cambridge Retirement Community will host a free veteran’s benefits seminar Saturday, February 4. Organizers of the seminar hope to teach local veterans and surviving spouses about the Aid and Assistance program offered through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Some veterans could qualify for around 2,000 dollars per month through the program. Julie Brick, Community Sales Leader for The Cambridge, invites local veterans to attend.
“I hope the veterans and surviving spouses of the veterans will gain a better knowledge of the veteran’s benefits...that they may be eligible for because of their service to our country,” says Brick.
Space is limited. Attendants are asked to RSVP by calling The Cambridge at 882-2223.
