Recent economic downturns have forced some Americans to make hard choices regarding insurance and health care. These decisions can reduce access to medical, dental and pharmacological care, especially for those at greatest risk -- the aged, the very young and the infirm. The College of Health and Human Services will present a forum on Health and Happiness in Hard Times: Access, Affordability and Action on Oct. 26.
