The Springfield Regional Arts Council will present three guest speakers who are members of the Springfield-Greene County Library District at a special meeting of The Creamery Writers’ Workshop on Thursday May 13 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Creamery Arts Center, 411 Sherman Parkway across from Hammons Field. The topic will be “What the Public is Reading”, covering fiction, non-fiction, and young adult/teen literature. Want to know the trendiest subjects in the market now? The Creamery Writers' Workshop is an outreach program of the Springfield Regional Arts Council and is free and open to all writers, regardless of age or genre. No registration is required. The group meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in The Creamery Arts Center at 411 N. Sherman Parkway, right across from Hammons Field.
