If you have questions about the new federal health care law and how it will affect you, you can attend a free presentation Tuesday, March 26 at the Springfield Art Museum. KSMU’s Jennifer Davidson has details.
A health policy expert from the Missouri Foundation for Health will give the presentation, which will focus on the costs, opportunities, and responsibilities on businesses and individuals under the Affordable Care Act, or the new federal health care law.
The meeting is hosted by the Springfield-Greene County Health Department, and will last about an hour on Tuesday, from 11:00 a.m. to noon. It’s at the Springfield Art Museum, next to the Phelps Grove Park in central Springfield—that’s at 1111 East Brookside Drive.
For more information about the event, you can contact the health department at 851-1586.
For KSMU News, I’m Jennifer Davidson.
