Gardening Grows More Popular As Economy Slows

People across the world are becoming more aware of sustainable efforts and health, and the slow economy has pushed more people to participate in this movement. One such example is a movement toward more home grown vegetable gardens. Dr. Clydette Alsup Egbers, associate professor of horticulture in the William H. Darr School of Agriculture at Missouri State University, discusses this trend.
