The Springfield Regional Arts Council has postponed the finale of the 3rd annual "Hearts for the Arts" silent auction of heart-themed works because of the weather this past week. Bidding will now continue online and in person until noon on Monday, February 14. Artwork can then be picked up at The Creamery Arts Center until 5 pm, or subsequent weekdays during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The Arts Council hopes this will give more patrons a chance to take home a piece of original artwork created by a local artist with all proceeds benefitting the Arts Council's arts education programming.
