The Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association 3rd annual Fiddle Fest, Harmonica Howl, Bluegrass Band Jam and Crafters Convention is scheduled for Friday and Saturday Aug.21st and 22nd at the HOBA park in West Plains. Area bluegrass bands will perform both nights starting at 7. Fiddlers, strummers, pickers, and harmonica players will be on the open stage Saturday. And it's FREE and open to the public.
