Junior Duck Stamp art at the Nature Center

The Springfield Conservation Nature Center hosts the Missouri Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest entries during the month of July. Stop by anytime the center is open to view the 100 entries. The Big Muddy National Fish and Wildlife refuge coordinates Missouri's portion of the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Program. The Federal Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program is a dynamic arts curriculum designed to teach wetlands and waterfowl conservation to students in kindergarten through high school. This program incorporates scientific and wildlife management principles into a visual arts curriculum. The Nature Center is located at 4601 S.
