Koster’s office has filed suit against two companies in western Missouri for allegedly using deceptive practices in marketing.Koster offers this advice to consumers.
Koster says consumers should be concerned about companies offering to fix their credit.
Koster recommends paying fees only after you’ve received services from a company offering to repair your credit.
