New Springfield City Manager Named

Springfield has chosen its next city manager. During its meeting Monday night, the city council voted to promote Bob Cumley to city manager. He will replace Tom Finnie, who plans to retire in six month. KSMU's Missy Shelton recently spoke with Bob Cumley and files this report.

At a time when Bob Cumley was contemplating retirement, he got a new career opportunity.
