It’s that time of year, for school art exhibits. The annual Springfield All School Art Exhibition Saturday March 13 at the Springfield Art Museum. This exhibition, which celebrates Youth Art Month, is selected and installed by Springfield teachers and represents the creative abilities of the city’s kindergarten through grade 12 students in two- and three-dimensional artwork. Participating schools this year are Summit Prep, Greenwood Lab here at MSU, Rivendale Institute, Springfield Christian, 7th-Day Adventist, Lutheran and Catholic Schools, Carpenter's Kids, and the Springfield R-12 district. The exhibit will continue through April 18. The Art Museum is located at 1111 E. Brookside Drive next to Phelps Grove Park.
