Missouri State University honored the achievements of women during a month-long celebration of women’s history. On March 30, Dr. Paula Caplan will present “Sexism Thrives…Here, There, and Everywhere (on campuses, in the mental health system, in the military and in the Courts)” from 7-9 p.m. in Glass Hall, Room 101. Caplan, who was born and raised in Springfield, is a clinical and research psychologist. She holds a Ph.D. in psychology from Drake University and is currently a research associate at the Dubois Institute at Harvard University.
