"Random Acts of Music" is a new program from the Springfield Symphony that will select people within the community and give them the opportunity to experience the gift of music in a concert setting. Once a month during the concert season, the Symphony will have Music Director Ron Spigelman or one of the orchestra's musician deliver concert tickets to random people on the streets of Springfield. The Symphony is asking you to help select “random” people to be presented with tickets. Nominators will be required to submit a short essay as to why their candidate should be chosen and recipients will be selected by the "Random Acts of Music" committee comprised of Springfield Symphony Board members, musicians and staff. In fact, YOU may be the next person chosen to receive a Random Act of Music! To learn more about this program call the Springfield Symphony at 417-864-6683.
