Following an investigation of more than 50 gas stations, Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon announced Wednesday that he is taken legal action against ten gas stations for alleged price gouging in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. KSMU's Missy Shelton reports.
Nine of the ten stations agreed to pay a total of 67 hundred dollars into local school funds.
The tenth station, Express Lanes in Springfield has not agreed to pay penalties.
