Former United Nations Assistant Secretary General Gillian Sorensen has toured African refugee camps, lived in numerous countries, and worked for two UN secretaries general. Now, she’s on another mission: traveling the United States as an advocate for the UN-US relationship.
On Monday, she took a few minutes to speak with KSMU's Jennifer Moore.
Again, that was Gillian Sorensen, former Assistant Secretary General at the United Nations and current senior advisor for the United Nations Foundation, speaking to KSMU's Jennifer Moore here in our studios Monday.
Sorensen will speak Monday night on the relationship between the UN and the US. Her speech begins at 7:00 in MSU’s Meyer Library Auditorium.
