Thursday, United Way of the Ozarks held its first campaign meeting at the Salvation Army to discuss the campaign efforts. Currently, United Way of the Ozarks has raised 29% of its $3.67 million goal.Nancy Fazzino is the Vice President of Resource Development at United Way and explains the goals for the remainder of the campaign.
United Way of the Ozarks uses the money it raises to help support twenty four member agency programs, and it also help give grants to other non-profit organizations. Nancy Fazzino says the campaign is doing well thanks to the help of volunteers.
