Since 1990, Springfield, Missouri has been the host of Visioncon. An event that has celebrated the pop-culture genres of gaming,science fiction & fantasy, while charming guests with a little mid-western hospitaliity. Visioncon 2011 is scheduled for February 18-20 at the Clarion Hotel in Springfield. Guests attending this year include fantasy artist/illustreator Sarah Clemens; Samantha Hart and Dominic Vitucci of Saiko Studios, who will be there to talk about anime; and author Shane Moore, who will release his latest book "A Wererat's Tale" at Visioncon.
