Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield presents The "Ray House Jamboree," a bluegrass music festival on the lawn in front of the historic Ray House (Tour Stop Number 2) on Saturday June 13 from 11am to 4pm, featuring several local groups performing traditional Ozark music. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. The Ray House will be open all day, and guided tours will be provided by park volunteers. Normal park entrance fees apply. The 27th annual Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association Spring Bluegrass Festival is Thursday through Saturday June 11-13 at the HOBA Park in West Plains. Featured this year are the Martin Family, Route 66, Howell County Bluegras, Big Creek, the Ozark Bluegrass Boys, and the Romans Family. The festival opens Thursday night June 11 at 7pm with a Gospel Night. Friday night's show is also at 7:00pm; Saturday's show starts at 1:30pm.
