It’s offering suggestions for staying safe including drinking plenty of fluids, staying in air conditioning and staying out of the sun if possible. Check on relatives and neighbors. - Dizziness
- Fainting
- Muscle Cramps
- Headache
- Nausea or vomiting
- Growing Pale
- Fatigue
- Exhaustion or weakness
