The History and Impact of Women's History Month

Dr. Gilbert describes the history and implementation of Women's History month, as well as the roll of Dr. Bernice Sandler as "Godmother of Title IX".

The modern impacts of Title IX are examined, as well as progress yet to be made. The current gender wage gap is recognized and discussed, as well as the low number of women in leadership positions at Universities across the nation.
