Longtime New Yorker Cartoonist Plans Visit to Springfield as Part of Series on Death and Dying

New Yorker Magazine

The Springfield-Greene County Library is bringing speakers from all over to Springfield for its series, Death & Dying:  Conversations on End-of-Life Matters this month.  One is author Roz Chast.  KSMU's Michele Skalicky talked with Chast ahead of her October 20 visit.

Michele Skalicky has worked at KSMU since the station occupied the old white house at National and Grand. She enjoys working on both the announcing side and in news and has been the recipient of statewide and national awards for news reporting. She likes to tell stories that make a difference. Michele enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, camping and leisurely kayaking.
