She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education, a master's degree in guidance and counseling and a master's degree in educational administration-all from Missouri State University.

Wilcox, currently assistant principal at Hillcrest High School, came to SPS in 2013 after serving in the same capacity for the Branson R-3 School District.

He attended Missouri State University where he earned a bachelor's degree in education, a master's degree in educational administration and a specialist's degree in educational administration. He is currently working toward a doctorate in educational leadership from Southwest Baptist University.

Both principal appointments are subject to final approval by the school board.
