James River Basin Partnership and Springfield Community Gardens will host a workshop on permaculture-based techniques to reduce the amount of water a garden requires tomorrow (4/25) from 2 to 4 at the Midtown Community Garden, 1475 N. Benton. Michele Skalicky met up with Tiffany Frey, project manager with James River Basin Partnership and Ben Tegeler, a co-presenter of the workshop, at the garden to talk about the program.
