The 17th annual Neighborhood Night Out is tonight (8/22) from 6 to 8 in eight Springfield neighborhoods.  It’s a chance for neighborhoods to raise awareness about crime and host community building activities.  These neighborhoods are participating:

Acoustic Jam on the Square is held Friday nights at 7 on the square in West Plains.  Take lawn chairs.

A dance is held each Friday night at7 at the West Plains Senior Center. All ages are welcome, and admission is $5.

Kids in grades six through 12 are invited to the program “Chill Fridays” today (8/22) at 3 at the Library Center.  Play video, board and card games.
