Movies at Founders Park will continue tonight and tomorrow night (8/4-8/5) at dusk at Founders Park, 330 E. Water, in downtown Springfield.  “Kubo and the Two Stings” will be shown tonight and the SATO48 film, “Test Drive,” and “The Princess Bride” will be shown tomorrow night. Take lawn chairs.

First Friday Art Walk is tonight (8/4) from 6 to 10 in downtown Springfield. 

Yoga on the Square starts at 12:10 p.m. today (8/4) on Park Central Square. Take a yoga mat and water. 

Yards and Yards of Yard Sales will be held today and tomorrow (8/4-8/5) from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. 

The second annual Lebanon Gospel Music Get-Together continues through tomorrow (8/5) at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon. 

The Beach Bash Ballroom Dance will be held at the Northview Senior Center, 301 E. Talmage in Springfield, tonight (8/4).  A preliminary dance demonstration starts at 7:15 with the dance at 8.  Wear “beachy” dress and take a snack to share.  For more information, 837-5808.

The exhibit, Memories of the Mother Road:  Route 66 through Springfield, is at the History Museum on the Square on Park Central Square through March 10.

The Ozark Empire Fair continues through tomorrow (8/5) at the fairgrounds in Springfield with rides, food, exhibits and more. 

Park Day Reunion is today through Sunday (8/4-8/6) at Silver Springs Park, 1100 N. Hampton in Springfield.  The Park Day Reunion Parade starts at noon tomorrow (8/5). 

Tours of Doling Park’s Giboney Cave will be offered tomorrow (8/5) at 1 and 3 with a tunnel tour at 2.  The cost is $6 per person or $20 for a family of four. 

The Ozark Block Party is tomorrow night (8/5) from 5 to 10 on the Ozark square to celebrate the city’s 129th birthday.  The event will include music, games, kids’ inflatables, food, beer, a car show, Dickerson Park Zoo animal demonstrations and more. 

The Highwater Hootenanny, starts tomorrow (8/5) at noon at Savor Grill, 1321 Preacher Roe, in West Plains.  The event, featuring the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, Ha Ha Tonka, The Creek Rocks and more, will benefit victims of the spring flooding. 

The Moxie Mornings series continues tomorrow morning (8/5) at 10 at the Moxie Cinema, 305 S. Campbell in downtown Springfield.  The hour-long event for kids two to six-years-old features an innovative short film and hands-on art making. 

The Queen City Rock Camp 2017 Showcase starts at 2 p.m. tomorrow (8/5) at Classic Rock Coffee, 1900 W. Sunset in Springfield. 

The program, Dog Days of Summer, for grades two to 12, starts at 11 tomorrow morning (8/5) at the Fair Grove Branch Library.  Make a dog toy to donate to the Humane Society and make one for your own pet.  Therapy dogs will attend the program.  To learn more, thelibrary.org.
