There are lots of things to choose from if you're looking for something to do this weekend in the Ozarks.  Michele Skalicky talks with the Greene County Extension's David Burton about one of them--the Fall Garden Tour set for tomorrow (9/20).

The Springfield Conservation Nature Center’s Babes in the Woods program for kids two and younger is today and tomorrow (9/19-9/20) at 10 am.  To register, 888-4237.

Kimberling City will hold its annual city wide garage sale today and tomorrow (9/19-9/20) from 8 am to 4 pm.

The 8th annual September Showdown Rodeo will be held tonight (9/19) at 8 and tomorrow night (9/20) at 7 at the 101 Saddle Club in West Plains.  Admission is a $5 donation.

Learn the ins and outs of fashion during the program Fashion Friday for kids in grades six through 12 tonight (9/19) from 6 to 8 at the Republic Branch Library.  For more information, 732-7284.

A dance is held each Friday night  at 7 at the West Plains Senior Center.  Admission is $5, and all ages are welcome.

The George A. Spiva Center for the Arts in Joplin presents the exhibit “Norman Rockwell, 323 Saturday Evening Post Covers,” today (9/19) through November 8th. The 1860s Lifestyle Exposition will be held tomorrow (9/20) from 11 to 4:30 and Sunday (9/21) from noon to 4:30 at the Gray-Campbell Farmstead at Nathanael Greene-Close Memorial Park.  An old-time fiddle and music jam starts tomorrow morning at 11.  The event will also feature hearth cooking, fiber arts, bubble wand making, horseshoe pitching, seed spitting and more.  For details, click here.

A flag raising and ribbon cutting will be held at 11:30 tomorrow morning (9/20) at Liberty School located at the Gray-Campbell Farmstead in Nathanael Greene-Close Memorial Park.

Fall Fest at Rutledge-Wilson Community Farm Park starts this weekend and runs through October 26th.  Hours are 11 to 6 Saturdays and noon to 6 on Sundays.  Activities include a pumpkin patch, hay ride, corn maze, inflatables and more.  For more information, 837-5949 or parkboard.org.

The Fall Garden Tour will be held tomorrow (9/20) from 1 to 6 to benefit the Friends of Greene County Extension.  Eight gardens will be featured on the tour, and the cost is $5 in advance or $7 on the day of the event.  Tickets can be purchased at Garden Adventures, Maschino's, Schaffitzel's Greenhouse and Wickman Gardens as well as the Hotline Room and Botanical Center Gift Shop at 2400 S.
