The MSU Physics, Astronomy and Materials Science Department will host an Open House at Baker Observatory tonight (9/26) at 7:30.  You’ll be able to watch Mars set and Uranus rise as well as view planets, binary stars, clusters of stars, nebulas and galaxies.  Take a red flashlight or a regular flashlight with red tape over it.  Admission is free.  To learn more, 836-5131.

Fugitive Blues, Debra Kang Dean

The MO Conservation Department will present the 20th annual Great Outdoors Day tomorrow (9/27) from 8:30 am to 3 pm at the Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center in Bois D’Arc.  Learn about camping, fly-tying and hiking, and take part in free public fishing sessions.  To learn more, click here.
