Music for lovers everywhere, this is the Valentine's Day Edition of Seldom Heard Music.

Opening with OBS and closing with El Cumbanchero, with all bluegrass all the time in between.

Bluegrass music to wind up 2011 and to get a goo start on 2012!

The 2011 Christmas Edition of Seldom Heard Music, with some Klezmer/Hanukkah music also.

Starting and ending with instrumental tributes to Bill Monroe, and in between, a tribute to Rabon Delmore and lots of good bluegrass from Emmylou Harris, Doyle Lawson, Rhonda Vincent, Laurie Lewis, The Missouri Boat Ride, and others.

Some bluegrass music to remind us of things we are thankful for during this Holiday season.

Beginning with the Link Family and ending with Don Reno and Red Smiley, we're featuring tunes about Veterans on this show.

It's "Boograss" this week on our special Halloween edition of Seldom Heard Music.

The Cardinals are in the World Series, so we're playing some baseball-themed bluegrass. It's also pledge week at Seldom Heard Music. Some great endorsements and bluegrass music from Del McCoury, Ricky Skaggs, Steve Kaufman, Chris Thile, Sam Bush, and others.

A nod to Baseball, then off to Nashville, TN for the 2011 IBMA awards show.

This week, we feature music from the winners of IBMA awards for 2011.

From the first note by Sierra Hull to the last by the Lonesome River Band, it's bluegrass all the way.

Recorded on September 24, 1962, "The Ballad of Jed Clampett" by Lester and Earl is a classic. Also this week, we note the birthday of Larry Sparks - September 25, 1947 - Happy Birthday, Larry!

Great bluegrass music this week from Frank Wakefield, the Warrior River Boys, Ralph Stanley, the Groovegrass Boyz, and lots more.

We are playing bluegrass songs that pay tribute to the working man on this Labor Day weekend.
