The Springfield Regional Opera Guild presents their fundraising luncheon "Singin' in the Rain" Thursday April 6 at 11:30am in the Ballroom at Hickory Hills Country Club, 3909 E. Cherry.   This event has been hosted at Hickory Hills for more than a decade, according to SRO Guild President Carolyn Hoffman.  “And we have a big turnout, and it’s elegant—the ladies are usually pretty dressed up.  There are a few men there, and they’re very welcome!” she adds.

Springfield Regional Opera Guild’s 18th Annual Hat Luncheon, a fundraiser for Springfield Regional Opera, will take place Saturday Sept.24 from 11:30am to 1:00pm in the Sunset Room at the Tower Club, 901 E. St. Louis Street.

Conservatory of the Ozarks offers individualized fine arts instruction and music lessons from degreed and experienced faculty, for students of all ages and all levels of experience (including no experience).  The Conservatory is accepting entries for their annual Summer Talent Show, to take place Saturday August 2nd from 5:00 to 10:00 pm at the Chesterfield Village Fountain behind Garbo’s Pizzeria, 2101 W. Chesterfield Blvd.
