Randy Hamm
Host of "Journey Into Jazz"Randy Hamm, professor of Music and director of Jazz Studies, joined the faculty of Missouri State University in 1989. He has performed at numerous regional, national, and international conferences including: the North American Saxophone Alliance, The World Saxophone Congress 2000, the International Association of Jazz Educators, the Jazz Educators Network National Conference, and The World Saxophone Congress 2012 in St. Andrews, Scotland. Randy has been featured as a composer, arranger and soloist on the Seabreeze, Arabesque, and Origin/OA2 record labels and in 2010 released two solo CD projects, “Yellow Cadenza” and “Abstract Thought”, on the Encore Music Presents (EMP) record label.
