On Tuesday August 8th Christian County voters will make a decision on a tax increase to pay for expanded library services throughout the the county. This will include locations in Nixa, Sparta, and Clever. The issue requires a simple majority to pass.

They will discuss what is different about this proposal from previous attempts to pass the tax increase, how the Christian County Library district measures up in funding against the other 146 districts in Missouri, and some of the proposed uses of the tax funds.
